About
I am a passionate driven person that truly enjoys working alongside individuals to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. I truly believe that a very important step for my patient to reach their goals is to establish rapport with me. It is a priority for me to ensure my patient’s level of comfort and gain their trust. I believe that every individual is unique and as a counselor I use a combination of relational cultural theory, solution-focused, EMDR and emotional focused therapy.
Attended University of Texas at San Antonio, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Graduated 2019.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, meaning my native language is Spanish. I would describe myself as a very charismatic introvert. I watch too many series on Netflix and spend most of my time outside of work fixing things at my house. I have been with my husband for almost 10 years, and we have a fur baby called Bella.
Thank you for your interest in my work. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges, sit with them more comfortably, and find a path toward healing and growth.
