About
My name is Alexi, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I’m excited to connect with you and share a bit about myself and my approach. As you explore my background and the way I work, it’s crucial that you feel confident in choosing the right practitioner for your journey. I’m here to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where we can collaboratively navigate your unique experiences.
I take a very eclectic approach to my practice and like to adapt to each person. Everybody is an individual, and cookie cutter approaches just don’t always fit the bill! I like to channel each person’s strengths to help guide them through troubling times. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also utilize CBT, solution-focused, trauma informed care. Coming into therapy can be hard, and I want to make sure you are getting what you need in order to heal, process, and grow!
Whether we are meeting in person or through telehealth, I strive to create an environment that allows you to be unapologetically yourself. I live by the moto: “Everything is figureoutable.” If you feel like we might be a good fit, feel free to schedule a consultation and we can discuss this new journey together further.
