About
My therapy style is fluid because I don’t think there is a one size fits all way to do therapy. I like to give patients the freedom to communicate if something is not working for them. I like to build a healthy rapport in order to challenge patients without feeling threatened or judged. Patients can expect an open space to process what they need without judgement. Patients are welcome to ask questions and get to know me before we jump into their history and together we will explore what goals they would like to achieve.
I also work with complex family and relationship dynamics, including helping adults navigate adolescent behavioral issues. For couples, I offer guidance to shift unhelpful patterns and strengthen emotional connection. Patients have reported more confidence in themselves and ability to utilize coping skills when needed. They have also expressed being more able to challenge negative thoughts as they come up. My goal is to help you heal from past trauma, create meaningful change, and develop tools for lasting recovery and personal growth.
