About
I have been successful with working with serious mental illness, teenage depression, chronic mental health condition, and trauma. Together we will work through what is difficult to cope with therapy, resources, and discovering how to cope with road blocks that have stopped you in the past.
Let’s talk and see how it goes, you deserve to get busy living, “Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies” (The Shawshank Redemption, 1994).
I started my career working with teenagers with behavioral issues, anxiety, and depression. I then moved to mental health court and worked with severe mental illness specializing in psychosis. In 2020 I moved on to work in a psychiatric hospital where I specialized in PTSD.
I cannot imagine doing anything else in the world because helping others to get better is what I love to do. I feel fortunate to have a career I love and can grow with each and every day.
