Hello there! Word on the street is that deciding to seek out, and securing, a therapist isn’t the easiest task. I want to recognize the effort it takes to find a provider, and I hope you feel empowered as you decide with whom you’d like to grow. My clinical experience includes the areas of intimate partner and domestic violence, trauma, cultural dynamics, grief, shame, and concerns regarding legal ‘systems.’ I’ve conducted group and individual therapy in Spanish and English with people who often feel overlooked, overwhelmed, and stuck. My practice can be characterized as inquisitive, relational, down-to-earth, strengths-based, and infused with humor. I believe my purpose is to co-create a space where we can explore your goals and concerns at your pace. My goal is to approach care with sensitivity, ensuring that patients feel seen, validated, and empowered throughout their therapeutic process. Patients have the opportunity to ask questions and assess who I am just as I’m getting to know them during the intake session.
