About

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a solution-focused, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral approach. I gently challenge negative self-talk, encourage new perspectives, and help patients recognize their blind spots so they can better understand themselves and move toward healing. My goal is to empower each person to build on their strengths, develop practical tools for change, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

Patients often share that our work together has helped them grow in ways they didn’t think were possible. They describe feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped with practical tools to handle life’s challenges. Many express gratitude for the safe, warm, and supportive space I created.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgment. I also believe that you are the expert of your own story, with many strengths already in place and I’m here to help you discover and build on them.

I started my journey in this field in 2014 and haven’t looked back. This career path was made for me, and helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths is why I love this work. I would be honored to get to know you, hear your story, and walk alongside you as you work toward your goals. You don’t have to do this alone. I will be here every step of the way. Let’s do this together.
