About

I’m so glad you’ve chosen to include therapy as part of your self-care. That decision takes courage and is a powerful act of self-love. I was raised by my Korean immigrant grandmother and Black grandfather, and their influence deeply shapes how I show up in the therapy room. I believe healing must be approached through a holistic and intersectional lens, recognizing that each person exists within and is shaped by systems like family, culture, community, religion, and society.

Our identities are layered and beautifully complex. At any given time, we’re carrying multiple truths about who we are. My goal is to honor that complexity and hold space for all parts of you.

I specialize in working with Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), individuals facing immigrant and first-generation challenges, and millennial women navigating anxiety, self-compassion, and life transitions. I also offer support around family of origin work, relationship patterns, and racial identity development.

Starting therapy is an act of bravery, and I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to explore, grow, and celebrate who you are, I’d be honored to be part of that journey.
