About
I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based strategies to help you understand yourself more fully and move toward the life you want with intention. During your intake session, you can expect a warm and safe conversation about your history and your current situation. We will discuss the therapeutic process, expectations and collaborate about your goals for therapy.
I work with women navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to carry more than they were ever meant to. Many of my patients are dealing with ADHD, stress, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves or their partners. If you’ve ever felt “too much,” “not enough,” or like you’re constantly trying to keep it all together, you’re in the right place.
Many patients have repeatedly said they look forward to sharing not just struggles but their wins in our sessions, and that our work has helped them think outside the box when coming up with new solutions to personal challenges. Past patients have also noted that I have helped them not feel nervous about therapy, and that our sessions make them hopeful and change feels achievable.
