About

Have you ever found yourself at a crossroad where you are attempting to better yourself and receive push back or criticism for those around you? Have you ever felt crazy for trying something new yet yearn for a better future for yourself and family? If you are in need of a boost of confidence and support through this process; I am here to help. My whole heart harmonizes with those who have pushed back with their faith, or had to escape outright and are attempting to acclimate in a world that does not feel embracing.

I am EMDR trained and use this skill to target traumatic events, and work towards them being less intrusive in your day to day life. My ultimate goals with is to ultimately reprocess them outright. I consider special areas of interest religious trauma/spiritual abuse as well as generational trauma. Most individuals report gaining a healthier sense of self and personal accountability/autonomy over their life and assorted ways it impacts them.

I come from a multi racial background, and can identify with loosing a sense of culture and reclaiming it. I identify as a divorcee, and single mother with limited familia resources or support, often an under represented community who truly “gets it.” In addition to that I had been in a multi racial relationship for over 20 years and bring a level of cultural sensitivity from lived experience. If you find yourself no longer recognizing or liking the person you or your loved one has become, you are not alone. I am here to provide a life raft.
