I work with both CIS and LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a supportive and affirming space for self-exploration and growth. My approach is rooted in person-centered and existential philosophies, helping patients find meaning, clarity, and direction in their lives. Areas of focus include depression, stress and anger management, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career concerns. I believe in the power of self-empowerment and the impact of intentional choices. When life feels heavy and your energy is stretched thin, making space for your own healing takes real courage.
